Responsibilities
📌 Provide on-site technical support for product installation, maintenance and evaluations, troubleshoot production issues and monitor product performance to support quality improvements.
📌 Coordinate with local and overseas engineering teams on technical issues, corrective actions and product enhancements, including preparing reports and facilitating bilingual communication.
📌 Maintain customer relationships, address technical enquiries and complaints, identify new application opportunities and share customer requirements and market feedback.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with good troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
✔️ Proficient in Japanese for technical communication and report translation (JLPT N2 or equivalent preferred), with good written and spoken English.
✔️ Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing or field engineering preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude are welcome.
