The Iran National Council for Free Elections urge all Iranian figures to openly and seriously reject the Russian-dictated Caspian Sea Convention.
The Final status of the Caspian Sea could only be acceptable when Iran will have, through Free and Fair Elections, a legitimate GOVERNMENT that defend the national interest of the Iranian people.
