Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field of study.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site clearing, topsoil stripping, bulk excavation, trenching, foundation excavation, and backfilling activities.
- Direct heavy equipment operators, including excavator, bulldozer, loader, roller, and grader operators, and coordinate dump truck haulage and dumping operations.
- Work closely with surveyors and site engineers to verify cut-and-fill depths, benching levels, slope angles, and compaction layers.
- Monitor daily earthwork progress, identify operational challenges, and report delays or site issues to the relevant supervisors.

Minimum Years Of Experience: #8_years
Maximum Years Of Experience: #10_years
