Changelog:
- Merge latest 4.9.228 linux kernel update from google common
- Disabling pa_therm1 sensors on kernel (@zeta96 & @ProtoChuz)
- Enable CPU Boost & MSM Performance touchboost toogle
- Drop SLMK (Simple LMK)
- Increase charging limit to 1.8A
- Import Cortex-A53 optimizations from kudproject
- Improve schedutil cpu governor
- Misc improvement on kernel scheduler
- Re-enable LMK
- Set gpu idle timeout to 64ms (Match with current powerhint for EAS)
- Touchscreen driver improvement (@xCuri0)
- Other misc changes

NOTES:
- Bug so far only on IR (Remote Control)
- Need to install custom thermal engine to control your temperature (at least mitigation)
- Do not install this on 3.18 based ROM, or you may face some critical bugs due ROMs incompatibility
