👉Beam Design Using Bending Stress

💫A simply supported beam with a uniformly distributed load is designed by first calculating the maximum bending moment:

M = wL²/8 = 93750 kg·cm

❇️Using the bending stress formula σ = My/I and the given relation d = 1.5b, the beam dimensions are calculated. Solving the equation gives:

Width (b) = 19 cm
Depth (d) = 28.5 cm
Final Beam Size = 19 cm × 28.5 cm
