‏در گفتگو با روزنامه آلمانی "دی‌ولت"، خواست مردم ایران از رهبران اروپایی را بیان کردم: مماشات با سرکوبگران ما را متوقف کنید. به جای تلاش‌‌های بیهوده برای مذاکره با یک رژیم تروریستی، وارد گفتگوی مستقیم با حاکمان واقعی ایران، یعنی مردم ایران بشوید.
