📌 Manage tendering processes, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and timely tender submissions.
📌 Conduct tender interviews, negotiate pricing, and prepare letters of award and subcontract agreements.
📌 Evaluate variation orders (VOs), manage progress claims and payment certifications, and oversee final account settlements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or equivalent.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Singapore building construction industry.
✔️ Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and quantity measurement software.
