The government have answered Lord Pearson's Written Question on @HMP_Woodhill where @TRobinsonNewEra is been incarcerated.
They have lied! They claim that "There are no civil prisoners kept in its close supervision centre". Yet Tommy was convicted of Contempt of Court which is a civil offence therefore he is a civil prisoner. It is not a criminal charge. WHY ARE THE GOVERNMENT COVERING THIS UP?
As a reminder Tommy was sentenced as a catagory D prisoner (civil). The prison authorities (without the judges will) changed Tommy's status to a category C prisoner. He was then placed in Belmarsh (Category A prison) before been secretly moved to Woodhill (Category B prison) and placed in its Close Supervision Centre for the most dangerous of prisoners in England. As a reminder Tommy is in prison because he showed a film.
