Employment Type: Project based
Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical and ICT Personnel to support the installation, supervision, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems and ICT infrastructure across ongoing and upcoming projects.This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have proven field experience and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
🔖Key Responsibilities
-Installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical power systems
-Wiring, distribution boards, lighting, and grounding systems
-Troubleshooting electrical faults and system failures
-Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and codes
-Coordinating with site engineers and contractors during implementation
-Installation and configuration of structured cabling systems (data/voice)
-Setup of networking equipment (routers, switches, access points)
-CCTV system installation and configuration
-Basic server room and network troubleshooting support
-Ensuring system reliability and connectivity across sites
Required Qualifications & Experience
-Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, or related field
-Minimum 3–5 years proven work experience in electrical and ICT systems
-Strong knowledge of electrical installations and network infrastructure
-Experience in construction/project site environment is highly preferred
-Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
-Problem-solving mindset and hands-on technical capability
Skills Required
-Electrical installation and fault diagnosis
-Networking (LAN/WAN, structured cabling)
-CCTV and security system setup
-Basic ICT troubleshooting
-Strong teamwork and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Responsible and self-driven
-Detail-oriented (because mistakes in wiring are not “minor issues”)
-Discipline on site safety rules
-Able to work with minimal supervision
