The cops already shoot you while you have a game remote in your hands and your game is a shooting one.
Police there are so programmed, that gamers hack them. They make calls to 911 and report that their opponent is abusing and shooting their gun off while drunk. I don't think many people know what America really is.

To be fair in the UK, a police officer can already do this. The USA does need better control over the guns. For someone in the UK to get a firearm. They first need to be part of a club with attendance for 3 months. You have to then apply for a license with two references. You also have to get a doctor's letter to state you are sound of mind. They will also come and inspect your home to make sure your cabinet is secure. Once all this is done you can get a firearm. You do have to state on the certificate what type of firearm you want and how many rounds you can hold. When you do purchase a firearm. You and the owner have to send the details to the police and it will be added to your certificate. What this does is ensures that the owner is of sound mind. However, they can revoke your license if you break the law or your doctor notes your mental health is deteriorating. The USA need to regulate the firearms more to stop individuals who are not of the right mind from getting them. However, this is not foolproof as firearms are still purchased here illegally. My thinking is when an American says they will take their guns maybe they wouldn't be able to get one in this type of control.

They will basically be keeping an eye on your mental health. So if you have declared it or come in saying you have depression. They can then decide to let the firearms team know. If you say you are suicidal or have anger issues they will alert the firearms team. The firearms team will come and interview and make their decision.

I might be a NON progressive Canadian.. Very conservative indeed AND Christian but for that, sorry to say guys but ... I think it would be a good thing (for a time). It's too easy, when you have a gun at home, to do some serious trouble when a person is in a bad mood. If you love guns so much, go work for the police or else, enlist...! Lives DO matter and it's time to do something about it once and for all.

Oh... I almost forgot! There should also be an IQ test. Anyone who can't reach 110 or more should be prohibited otherwise, they could believe anything they are told by anyone....... We saw that happening recently in the news... Very scary indeed!
