Harsh but true

I made almost the same comment a couple of days ago. From the beginning I was among those who ignored the curfews and mask mandates. And I didn't die. Mass civil disobedience makes it impossible for the State to enforce oppressive laws.
Hear! Hear!

Now that the "pandemic" seems to be over for the time being, I can proudly announce that I have not taken the "jab". I won't take the stuff in the future either, no matter what happens. In today's world, you have to have a strong will, otherwise no one will respect you.

Here in Germany on march 16-18 our Bundestag will vote about vaccine mandates and as long no wonder will happen it will be law! But I will not get the jab! Freedom for Ukraine and us.
Commenting to the earlier post about Visa and MasterCard suspension in Russia;

Yet another one of those sanctions that will only make Russia stronger and more self-sufficient. Russia has its own card system called “MIR” (I got one of those cards too). Works just like Visa & MC. So these stupid sanctions will only make Russians less reliant on the West.

The way we see it, the West is not trying to isolate Russia, it’s isolating itself from the rest of the world.

We might not have access to the degenerate IG/TikTok, Apple products or the nice German cars, but Russia is very self sufficient. We’ll have all the essentials in excess. However, if Putin is pressured enough, he will cut off not only gas, but grain and fertilizer exports (which EU imports 80%+ from Russia and Ukraine). We got huge markets (BRICS) to divert it to. So average EU citizens will basically starve and the puppeteers in the US won’t give a damn.

Problem with this theory is that currently the US has over a billion acres of farm land, much of which is unused because the government pays farmers in subsidies to just not grow crops. They can allow further wheat production if needed, and the farmers will make more money and create badly needed jobs, so it doesn’t matter either way. It may strengthen Russia, but also strengthens the US and doesn’t affect the rest of Europe at all, other than who the money goes to.

They could also just as easily start drilling for oil again, even though the the snowflakes will protest.
