Proxy donations

Since August the 9th, protests, Internet outages, and limitations of access to various services, including Telegram, have been occuring in Belarus.

For over 2 weeks we've been supporting a powerful proxy server, which is used by tens of thousands of Belarusians every day — add proxy.

During this time, we'd spent over $500 on supporting the proxy. Since we are anot a commercial project and publish virtually no advertisements, we ask you to help our proxy and support Belarusians.

We are announcing a proxy fundraiser. To do this, we have created a page where everyone will be able to support us by some amount for proxy maintainance, and thus support the Belarusians and their access to Telegram at this uneasy time.
