Mirza Aga Khan Kermani says that if one of the 24 volumes of Bihar al-Anwar is published in any country, there is little hope of salvation for that nation. Now imagine whenever 24 volumes of this book are published among the nation! As soon as I gain insight, I will quote one of the important hadiths of this Baharalanvar, which is a good example. In the battle of Safin, Ali (as) intended to cross the Euphrates River, but his route was unknown. He told Nasir ibn Hilal to go to the Euphrates, and on my behalf call a fish called the shutter, and ask him where to cross. Nasir obeyed and came to the Euphrates and shouted that, or shutters, Balfour had taken seventy thousand fish out of the water, Labik Labik, what do you say? Nasir replied, "Molayem wants to cross the Euphrates." Seventy thousand fish sang that we are all called shutters. Nasir returned and told the story to his master Ali. He said, "Go and recite Karkara Ibn Sarsara." He turned and shouted. This time, sixty thousand fish came out that we are Karkarah Ibn Sarsra, to whom has this care been given? Nasir turned and asked. They said, "Go and recite Karkara bin Sarsra bin Gharghara." Nasir returned and did so. This time fifty thousand fish and the previous story was repeated. He returned and Mawla said: Go and recite Karkara Ibn Sarsara Ibn Gharghar Ibn Dardara. Until the eighth time that he cried out, O Karkara bin Sarsara bin Gharghara bin Dardara bin Jarjara bin Arara bin Marmara bin Farfara! Then a very large fish came out of the water and laughed out loud that O Nasir, it is true that Ali Ibn Abi Talib joked with you, because he himself knows all the ways of the sea and the passages and the Tigris better than the fish, but now Tell him that the Euphrates is there. Nasir turned and presented his face. The Imam said, "Yes, I am aware of all the ways of the heavens and the earth." So Nasir fainted with a shout. And when he came to his senses, he cried out, "I bear witness that you are the one and only God." And then the Imam said: Because Nasir has become an infidel to God, his murder is obligatory. میرزا آقاخان کرمانی میگوید اگر یک جلد کتاب از ۲۴ جلد کتاب بحار الانوار علامه مجلسی را در هر کشوری انتشار بدهند، دیگر امید نجات برای آن ملت کم است.
حالا تصور کن که هرگاه ۲۴ جلد از این کتاب در میان ملتی منتشر شود!
محض ازدیاد بصیرت، یکی از حدیث های مهم این بحارالانوار را نقل میکنم که مُشت نمونه خروار باشد.
علی علیه السلام در غزوه صفین، قصد عبور از نهر فرات را داشت ولی معبرش معلوم نبود.
به نصیر بن هلال فرمود برود کنار فرات، و از طرف من ماهی ای به نام کرکره را صدا کن، و از او محل عبور را بپرس.
نصیر اطاعت نمود و بر کنار فرات آمد و فریاد برآورد که یا کرکره، بالفور هفتاد هزار ماهی سر از آب بیرون آوردند، لبیک لبیک، چه میگویی؟
نصیر جواب داد، مولایم معبر فرات را میخواهد،
هفتاد هزار ماهی آواز برآوردند که ما همه کرکره نام داریم، بگو این شرف در حق کدامیک مرحمت شده است تا اطاعت کنیم.
نصیر برگشت و ماجرا را به عرض مولایش علی رسانید.
فرمود، برو کرکرة بن صرصره را بخوان.
برگشت و ندا داد.
این بار شصت هزار ماهی سر برآوردند که ما کرکرة بن صرصره هستیم،
این عنایت در حق کدام شده است؟
نصیر برگشت و پرسید.
فرمودند، برو کرکرة بن صرصرة بن غرغره را بخوان.
نصیر بازگشت و چنین کرد.
این بار پنجاه هزار ماهی و ماجرای پیشین تکرار شد.
برگشت و مولا گفت:
برو کرکرة بن صرصرة بن غرغرة بن دردرة را بخوان.
تا اینکه در دفعه هشتم که فریاد برآورد،
ای کرکرة بن صرصرة بن غرغرة بن دردرة بن جرجرة بن عرعرة بن مرمرة بن فرفرة!
آن وقت ماهی بسیار بزرگی سر از آب برآورد و قاه قاه خندید که ای نصیر، به درستی که علی ابن ابیطالب با تو مزاح فرموده است،
زیرا او خودش همه راه های دریا و معبر ها و دجله ها را از ماهیان بهتر میداند، ولی اینک به او بگو که معبر فرات آنجا است.
نصیر برگشت و صورت حال را عرض کرد.
حضرت فرمودند، آری من به همه راه های آسمانها و زمین آگاهم.
پس نصیر صیحه زده غش کرد.
و چون به هوش آمد فریاد برآورد،
شهادت میدهم که تو همان خدای واحد قهاری.
و آنگاه حضرت فرمود:
چون نصیر کافر به خدا شده، قتلش واجب است.
آنگاه شمشیر از غلاف کشید و گردنش را بزد.
