Is it possible to automate the trading? Also, is there a reason for not using MyFxBook to show the returns? When you use total pips earned, a single 200 pip losing trade would cancel out 4 winners that are 50 each. (and vice-versa) So even though 4 out of 5 trades are winners, total pip amount is 0.
no its not possible to automate it yet, but its in my plans for future.

the trades shared are all at least with a 1:1 risk to reward ratio.
I share trades as a basket, and you should take them all the same (with same pip value) so it doesn't matter if its 50 pips in stop or 100 pips, the pip value should stay the same. the size of stop depends on the scenario we are trading, not the probability of success or whatever else.

so again, yes, the goal is for the combined result of the entire basket to give us a positive result. so yes, if four 50 pip targets are hit but a 200 pip stop is also hit, the result is 0 or vice versa.

to put it simply, if you are looking for a high win rate signal service to cherry pick trades from, then my service is not suitable for you as I don't run it with that goal. but there is an abundance of signal services with that goal all over the internet, a simple google search will help you find them.

Very interesting. I had no idea about the equal pip value. I thought each trade should get 1 or 2% of the account. Are these rules written somewhere?
what you are talking about (1 or 2 percent of the balance risked on each trade) is a simplified rule of risk management. when you do position trading, that is the basic rule of thumb that you shouldn't risk more than 1 or 2 percent of your balance on that position.

but I share baskets of trades here with the goal of grossing a positive result over all, so the process is different here. instead of measuring risk on positions, you measure it on basket of positions.

so for example, lets say we have a total of 1000 pips in stops (all the stops combined) we then pick a volume for them that gives us a dollar value which is in range of our preferred risk profile (depending on account balance and personal tolerance for risk)

so for example, if you have a $10K account balance, then for the 1000 pips in stops, you probably will go with 0.1 at most (about 10 percent risk) or 0.01 at least (1 percent risk)

how you set your volume depends on balance and your risk tolerance. its not dictated by me. you are in charge of that part. I'm in charge of creating the basket.

hope this helps you understand it better.

Unfortunately if you are in the US you cannot trade the gold spot. is there another pair you can share to replace it to help balance the week when you dont have gold to do it?

This is the first time Im hearing this. Are you sure its not your broker that doesnt offer gold?

I will take this into account for future weeks and will come up with a replacement for gold trades for US clients.

The only way to trade gold in the US is to open a futures account. It's really annoying. Not sure what could replace it in the financial mechanics that gold represent but maybe gold options?

Hi. I share signals via the bot (the bot sends my signal to you via a message in telegram app)
you can enable the noitfications on the bot so you are alerted whenever I post a signal.
hello...i was wondering if you are capable of receiving bitcoin cash along with bitcoin for payments? they both use the same address format but bitcoin cash is significantly cheaper with their transaction fees...would be great if you did offer that as an alternate payment method to keep those transaction fees as low as possible...let me know as i intend to sign up for your signal service this weekend...thanks and keep up the great work!!
I look forward to the copy trader being implemented, I can see potential here but I noticed I missed several profitable trades due to me being busy or work or sleeping which kind of could not offset my losses. I was testing with demo account the first 2 weeks when they were highly profitable and real accounts the last 2 weeks. Overall the 4 week period the last two weeks were offset but I unfortunately joined during the unlucky 2 weeks and wish I could have used real account during first two weeks. I'll definitely join once the copy trader is implemented so that I don't miss signals due to circumstances. Hope it's implemented soon.

Hi Linorth. Could you remind me what position we are in re subs if we subscribed for 3 months back in December(?). Does that start to kick in now? Cheers.
