I mistakenly sent 1143 NEAR to a CoinEx-owned DAI/Ethereum address. The destination address belongs to CoinEx, not a third party.
Per your official "Retrieve Uncredited Deposit" policy (wrong-address deposits), this is recoverable and I'm willing to pay the fee (10% or min $50).
