I've seen this going around Telegram. Some people have misinterpreted this section of the Emergencies Act. These exceptions apply to entry into Canada not participation in an assembly.
It's still questionable why refugees, Indians, and "protected people" should be allowed to enter in order to participate in illegal demonstrations, but the act isn't saying that non-whites in Canada are exempt from the law.
Now, in practice this is true. The law won't be enforced against BLM, ANTIFA, or anti-white indigenous groups. But it certainly will against Whites who opposes the system such as the truckers.
Usually Anarcho-Tyranny is not a result of what the law says itself, but how it is selectively enforced by authorities with an anti-white bias. It's usually not explicit so they have plausible deniability.
Not trying to be a deboonker here. It is true that the Canadian government would never use this law against non-Whites, even if they were violent. But we should be careful not to report something incorrect.
Time for all Canada to go into the streets in shifts or whenever they can spare the time. As for the hired thugs or police a few hundred broken heads will see them off the streets
