You can be married and still not get a visa, for example in Australia. Martin is a persona non grata and would not be allowed in here either. In the UK, health restrictions have been completely lifted. It's amazing what has happened. From one day to the next the pandemic goes from being a "critical problem" to a minor problem. It is clearly evident that the pandemic is a political phenomenon.
