Along with Discussion Group Linking, Telegram is introducing @discussbot to add Comments to your Channel.

You just need to add the bot to the Channel as Administrator and you will get Comments button for each post afterwards which will take you to a website where you can comment.

Bot will also notify you if someone replies to your comment.
When Bot notifies you about a comment and you want to reply without leaving Telegram, make sure you reply to Bot notification. Works with text and photos only.
