I have seen a video on telegram where a French guy opens up 3 plastic voter packs. Each include the candidate pamphlet and the 2 voter envelopes. One is in perfect condition, however the other envelope has a very small opening cut or tear at the bottom. Easy to not spot, but acceptable by those who know to make it invalid and disqualify as a spoiled vote. Can you guess which candidates envelope it is, like this?
