Genuinely wondering how close a lot of countries are to this. (Civil war. People don’t understand, it won’t be like historical civil war in the us, it’ll be more akin to IRA type happenings, at least IMO)

People thought that 2020 was horrible, 2020 was just a beta test and they were just warming up for whats to come 2021. Most people have no idea the hell that their going to unleash upon us all.

Has to be said that a good 50% of those rioters, the ones that are throwing stone and plundering stores, are 2nd or 3rd generation immigrants, 15 and 16 year olds who use the civil unrest as an excuse to flip cars and wreak havoc.

Obviously the media takes these individual cases of looting and violence to make all the honest and non-violent protesters look bad.

Vaat majority of countries not only won't have any IRA type violence ,the huge masses, 95% support lockdowns or trust governments. No such stuff will occur in Holland either, these few weak rioters will be squashed fast.

I more meant in the context of civil war / historical vs what would actually happen. Maybe I’m just putting my own (colour) tinted glasses on when I say it. I hope we, as a society, don’t get there.

Nah, it's about 50/50 in my country. But only a fraction of a percent is actually willing to protest in the streets, yet.
