🛠 Core Responsibilities

⚫️ Develop architectural designs, concepts, space planning, and interior design layouts.
⚫️ Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and construction details).
⚫️ Manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

💻 Skills & Requirements

⚫️ Solid foundation in architectural design and building planning.
⚫️ Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
⚫️ 3D modeling & rendering capability (Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Blender, or similar).
⚫️ Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
⚫️ Hardware Requirement: Must own a good-performance or gaming laptop capable of running heavy design and rendering software.
