Revolut is a good alternative. No fees. Fast money transfer. Transfer to phone numbers and emails possible. They are descrete. Not USA. What happened with PayPal? Also made bad experience, frozen funds etc. They just do with my money at random as they please. I do not like to be at their mercy and try to avoid them as much as I can.
