In questa dichiarazione di Shinzo Abe forse c'è il possibile movente che ha portato al suo tentato omicidio. Abe aveva fermamente condannato l'intenzione di Zelensky di volersi unire alla NATO e lo ha accusato di aver provocato il conflitto. Abe voleva con ogni probabilità tenere dei buoni rapporti con Mosca e non creare una situazione di tensione tra Russia e Giappone. Lo stato profondo ha perduto pezzi ovunque sullo scacchiere internazionale, e questo tentativo di assassinio di Abe potrebbe essere stato un modo per impedire che il Giappone potesse eventualmente avvicinarsi alla Russia.
