I think it would hurt to have testicles in your shoes when you walk, but to have dicks for fingers... You'd be a creep. Your hands will be useless unless if you became a sort of human-like-dildo, you can't grab things; you can use things as phones. Pain or general disability? I think my choice would be the first one.
