Personally I wouldn't change a thing, but I would bring the story building that we loved abt GOT... Give it extra 2 seasons or sth.... Fucking 7 season of story building in 6 episodes is bad writing 101

I would keep the fight between whites and humans at the last where I would have given it a 2 episode where Cersie dies in the hands of whites after she betrays Team Danny .Team Danny would have lost the fight against whites in Winterfell then they would have marched towards Kingslandings but Cersie betrays them and her Army and Rest of left over army of Team Danny would have faced off but before their fight began Winter would have fallen upon them and along with them the army of the dead,the dead army would have entered Kingslandings and started to infest others due to which Danny dragons would have started burning Kingslandings and after that what follows would have been exactly same with the Knight walker death scene .Danny would have been severely injured due to which when would die and Jonsnow would have sat on the Iron throne.

And Bran would have been in the small consul as a special advisor/strategist (not the hand).

I would write a brief story of night king. Then arya would kill cersei and Jamie (she must kill jamie coz he protected cersei). Then the conflict between daenerys and jon would be complicated and she must know that the dragons couldnt kill Jon with fire

I would find it interesting if, instead of The Mother of Dragons going crazy, the white walkers would Turn Denaerys into a white walker. Then Jon would be in between the laenesters and the whitewalkers. Arya would kill Cercei...Jamie would go into hiding. They find a way to turn the whitewalkers back to human. Then they would turn Denaerys back...then finally in there fight against the whitewalkers, Jamie would come and try to kill Jon and Danny, and ends up being killed in the battle. Team Danny wins at last though.

I would say retreating from winterfell is close to impossible unless it's given a thought as plan.... The white walkers have speed n ol the advantages to caught to any retreating force. So to have a second war with the walkers we hav to change the battle ground to somewhere far south with water cloth by or plan a retreating plan.

Exactly the same way it began,
At the beginning the starks and the baratheon's were once allies in defeating the mad targaryen king. So in the end excluding the part about the white walkers, it would have been a twist if John(stark) and Gendry(baratheon) actually worked together in bringing there armies against Dany since she turned out just like her father....mad. Unlike her father though, she actually succeeded in killing the people of kinds landing making it an even important task for John and Gendry to defeat her. It could have ended the same way it started making it actually poetic and stuff.
