Yes, absolutely. A lot of people argue that because there was backlash to scandals like Cuties, it means that these things haven’t been normalized. But the mere fact that Cuties still exists on Netflix is proof that it’s been normalized enough for our society to accept it.

An excellent summary of the issue. Self-objectification seems to be especially damaging to young girls. They wonder, what does "society" expect of me? Uncertainty feeds their anxiety, should I compete? Contrary to popular opinion, many men and boys do not like this constant tease at all.

My guess is that child porn will slowly be decriminalised in the future. That's the only logic outcome. Western society is doomed if this doesn't stop.

Congrats on new book BTW. I would buy and support, but I got a long excuse caused by American celebs and politicians which read all I write. I can get in a few months time. I get sick feelings that they're grooming me to go to USA so they can eat me. If I say no, they cut my power and put dead bodies in my area.

Just midway through the book, it's so gripping- makes me laugh, cry, tense up, relax in equal measures. Best book I've read in ages! Also, because one knows the times so well oneself, phew. Just love it to bits!
