A banner appeared on the main page of the Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, sending it to the Telegram channel @vezemdomoy_rf.

To go to the channel, the domain t.me is blocked, blocked in the Russian Federation, which makes it difficult to access the channel.

Also, the link to the channel was changed due to a not very successful name: “We drive home COVID-19”. The old username @vezemdomoy_covid19 is now occupied by the meme channel.
