Each & every individual police Constable is legally independent & solely accountable for their own actions & inactions. Their primary oath is to protect life & property, investigate crime diligently & without political bias. Saying “It’s above my pay grade” is indefensible & outright neglect of duty.

I totally believe there’s a case lodged by mark sexton et al at Hammersmith police but my family who think I’m mad said they’ve looked it up and it’s all a hoax??! I’m needing reassurance !
