Gonzalo Lira has been reporting on and live-streaming about the Russian/Ukrainian war
since it started. He sadly went missing in Ukraine on Friday. There is no official confirmation yet on what has happened to him. Some are speculating that he has been arrested, or worse.

My personal concern for Gonzalo has nothing to do with politics. I have known him for several years now, since around 2017. I am deeply concerned for his well-being as a friend, and I am praying for his safety.

What i have seen he has supported the invasion so i don't feel bad at all. Also moving to a forgein country and using your wealth to take advantage of the local women is shitty thing to do.

No, his personal politics don’t justify this at all. Also, he didn’t move to Ukraine to take advantage of the local women. His ex-wife is Ukrainian and they have children together, and he lived there in order to be near his children.

If you take the stance "this is good/okay because he is pro-Russian", then you probably just follow what the first 10 articcles on google tells you and you've never watched his channel in your life. The unconfirmed rumours that are coming out is that he was either captured and killed or he was captured and is being tortured. His political views doesn't justify killing or torture just because you don't like his political opinion. You people aare sick

I didn't say whether i like him or not i just said you can't shill for the invanders and excpet nothing to happen. It's war and human right's and free speech doesn't matter. Even little support for Russia isn't looked up on very kindly.

You know he did a vid during the first day of the war criticizing Russian news outlets for painting him as a pro-Russia, Gonzalo himself stated that he is just a realist and is objective to the circumstances that he is currently in.

Who, the Ukrainian army? Look, I have friends with relatives who are living/lived in the Donbass region. In 2017 Ukrainian forces shot mortars into their village and killed her grandparents on her mother's side. She personally knows people who has been tortured and killed in camps that was run by Azov and other similar fascist groups. If anyone wants to torture and kill people, it's most likely Ukrainian fascists
