My urge isn’t to laugh at this photo, to insult or to make fun of the girl, I genuinely feel sad for her. And it intensifies my hatred for the progressive liberal ideologies that are destroying so many young men and women.

I wouldn't politicize this. Teenagers and young adults have usually a stage where they they out things before they eventually find out who they are and what they actually want. In the majority of cases that's transitional and perfectly normal.
I also know one, almost the same "transformation". Its really sad.

Wirklich traurig...
Maybe girls with daddy issues (abused by a father figure or simply neglected) are attracted to ideologies that promise them to empower them in order to strike back?

Such a beautiful girl on the left...
So tragic...
I understand where you're coming from but try not to use the word hatred because it fuels the real haters hatred.
Hate is a hell of a drug. But it's all the Left has to offer.
Wahrlich sehr traurig.

What you say is probably true in general but if you have such radical 'transformations' amongst young people on a mass scale it is definitely alarming and hint that there is something going on.

Omg I think it is. I can only tell from the nose
It happens to many young women while attending University. Parents need to be VERY much involved with their daughter's choice of school if she decides to pursue higher education. No "career" is worth this.
