Aye, the same, I haven't even used the service for ever, so should have dropped my subscription months ago. Although in hindsight, being able to use my cancellation as a statement actually takes the sting out of paying for something I wasn't using.

I think one should watch a movie before judging it just like one should read a book and try to understand the author before judging it. Personally I don't care (no netflix, no google except youtube (without logging in), no play store, no twitter, no fb etc.). One can't escape the big players 100% unless one goes offline forever, but one can try to minimise their "grasp".

The notion itself is reasonable, of course. I do think however that having 11-year-olds basically hump the floor in the trailer casts enough doubt on the entire thing for me to pass on this one.
