the Commissioner of the SEC has criticized the regulator's decision put an end to ICO Telegram

the decision of the Commission on securities and exchange Commission (SEC), which effectively put an end to ICO Telegram of Pavel Durov, was incorrect, according to the SEC Commissioner Hester pierce. The text of her speech on the Blockchain Week in Singapore (via videoconference) SEC published on its website.

"As you will hear today, I don't always manage to convince colleagues to join my opinion. In other words, sometimes I remain in the minority," said Pearce, speaking at the Blockchain Week.

"settlement Agreement with the Telegram was a sad culmination of the investigation, which I did not support from the start," said Commissioner of the SEC.

Among the arguments of the pier - the fact that Telegram is not an American company and investors from the US not dominant among buyers tokens.
