It is a *trade* mark. Which means it applies to the specific trade. There can not be any toys in that shade of yellow, but they'd have a hard time applying that logic to completely unrelated products.

Basically how University of Tennessee has their orange T trademarked. You can't use it as a logo and you can't use it for anything unless they paid you to do it for them, like printing shirts or making decals is illegal unless they officially licensed it.
