So sad to hear this. As a LEO, he should have known it was unlawful entry and should have abstained. Not having been there, this leads me to believe the crowd that entered must have believed they were lawfully entering the building. That's where the investigation should begin: Why did the crowd feel as though entry into the Capitol building was lawful? Anyone caught causing destruction of property should be penalized accordingly, but it's not about justice, is it?
