Meanwhile, Finland just today turned on a new nuclear power plant, the 3rd largest on the world, stating that it is an important factor in Finland’s green future.. Which country has a future with energy independence?
I completely agree with your excellent and humorously sarcastic assessment of the status quo in Germany. I live south of one of the richest deposits of high-grade uranium in the world and one of our universities has been on the cutting edge of nuclear physics for many years, yet no nuclear reactor, although the current government is in favor of SMRs--small modular reactors--- for the future. Like in Germany, the Greens are responsible, demonizing nuclear. However, unlike Germany, here they are the proverbial 'Mouse that Roared', pulling almost no support on election days.
Why German ppl are so crazy?! Germany's 'green ideology's is spreading, through EU, to the East Europe as well, forcing România to close the coal energy plants and the mines! All this ,and a lot more crap like this, is happening everywhere in East Europe
