Subject: FINAL ESCALATION – 3-Month Verification Delay and Urgent Release of My Funds

Dear CoinEx Support & Compliance Team,

I am submitting this as a FINAL ESCALATION regarding my CoinEx account and the prolonged delay in my identity verification.

My ID verification has remained “Under Review” for approximately THREE MONTHS. The CoinEx application originally stated that the verification review would be completed within 24 hours, but despite waiting for several months, my verification has still not been completed.

As a direct result of this unresolved verification issue, I am unable to withdraw my own funds from my CoinEx account.

This is extremely concerning because my personal funds are currently inaccessible. I have already completed the required identity verification process and I am fully willing to provide any additional documents, information, selfie, video verification, or other evidence required by CoinEx.

I respectfully but urgently request that this case be escalated immediately to the appropriate Compliance/KYC team for MANUAL REVIEW.

I also request that CoinEx:

1. Complete my identity verification without further unnecessary delay.
2. Explain clearly why my verification has remained pending for approximately three months.
3. Confirm whether any additional verification documents are required from me.
4. Restore my withdrawal access as soon as the verification requirements are satisfied.
5. Provide me with a clear written update regarding the status of my case.

I understand that CoinEx may have security and compliance procedures, and I am willing to cooperate fully with them. However, keeping my verification pending for approximately three months without a clear explanation has left my funds inaccessible for an unacceptable period of time.

I am NOT requesting special treatment. I am simply requesting that my identity verification be properly reviewed and that I be given a legitimate opportunity to access and withdraw my own funds after satisfying all applicable requirements.

Please treat this matter as URGENT and escalate it to a senior KYC/Compliance representative.

I would appreciate a specific response regarding my case rather than a generic automated reply.
