Fully false. Austria is late to the game. Plenty countries have been doing this since June and July. Austria was very slow, many nations in Europe evwn been doing it since August.

There is no legal or moral justification to shoot anyone for creating temporary restrictions due to hospitals being overfilled by unvaccinated, who get hospitalized many times more often than vaccinated. Medical system has been overwhelmed and many nations had to even stop elective surgeries and treatments because of all the unvaccinated covid patients overfilling the hospital beds and intensive care units.
