Why? Private company has rules as any other company. Breaking said rules during a flight is cause to ban from service. There are other airlines they can use or use cars or appeal it in court if they think they legally can stand ground. You propose bullying and anarchy during flights? Those people were hassling and screaming and others had to suffer from it too.
