I think it would be safe to say that more than 90% of the users install gapps so it would be efficient to not provide no-gapps edition of new official builds.
Those who don't use gapps can remove them later.
Also, please provide the gapps package with all the functionality that is not available on play store, other components available on the play Store can be downloaded later and not including them in the builds would be fine.

Wouldn't it be better just to provide a seperate Arrows GApps, so Arrows users still have the choice to go without Google Services or Apps and still have a chance to use the official Arrows GApps if needed?

At least provide a seperate script to be flashed after flashing the ROM, so users can remove all GApps files before the first boot.

Do you have figures about how many arrowos users use gapps? What Google services is going to include these future editions?

when will that be the case? I haven't flashed arrow yet and would wait for it.

So, the next update that will take place, I'll have to do a factory reset with wipe dalvik, system, cache, data. Or is it enough for me to make a dirty flash, flash the zip without doing anything else?

I think it's a good idea,but offer with it the non gapps version, since many people prefer micro g instead of gapps.

Agreed , Arrow Gapps would be better than including Gapps. User can install it. the user that don't use Gapps would have hard time to get rid of Gapps when it is included
