About an hour ago, Vadim published a video message explaining where he was and what happened to him. Here’s a translation of his message:

Hi, everyone! My name is Vadim Chayukov, and I’m the creator of @tginfo. Two nights ago, on the 12th of August, I was detained in Minsk by unknown people in black-clad clothing. While I was being detained, I was beaten for not revealing my phone’s passcode. I was then transported to a district internal affairs office, where I was tortured for an hour by a different set of unknown people in black-clad clothing. After a day of holding, however, I was released, very warmly received by volunteers, who fed me, which was very important to me after a day of hunger, let me contact my friends, and helped transport me back home, where I found about the scale of the publicity campaign that was launched in my support: by my relatives, friends, Telegram colleagues, media colleagues. I can see how many of you there are, and I can see that we’ve already won.
