risk to reward ratio on signals is always at the very least 1:1 and at most 1:3

Would it be safe to assume if the average risk reward is 1:1,5, therefore if utilising 1 standard lot across all your signals that a risk of $3500 this week would realise a $7000 profit?

no, that would be a 1:2 risk to reward ratio. for 1:1.5 you'll profit 5250 by risking 3500

you are probably confusing pips with points. 700 pips is 7000 points. either that or you are confusing micro accounts with standard accounts.
