I'd start with the first chapters of 'the book', at least up to 4~10, depending on how deep one wants to go.

Tried going in keyboard mashing hot, but that was only frustrating. Reading code made things clear just as much as it made them confuse.

Searching for "rustlang mut" was autocompleted with "rustlang mutex" on both google and duck. Just imagine the confusion. 'a ?

Then I read 'the book', and a quarantined afternoon later with 12 chapters in I realized how much time I wasted.
