I tried to post this comment on your LinkedIn article, but that post seems to be archived now, with new comments disabled. My original comment was too long anyways, so I'll attach the full length comment as an image.
In short, after reading your original Bitcoin analysis and this LinkedIn post, I wonder if you’ve ever gotten a chance to research Nano? Decentralized, no ICO (given away for free via CAPTCHA), feeless, the fastest cryptocurrency, deterministic finality, 1st layer scalable, permission-less, non-inflationary, and censorship-resistant. It's been around since 2015, and continues to operate successfully. No smart contracts or anything like that.
Interestingly enough, it uses a multi-chain system similar to what you describe here, except that there is a chain for every account (aka the block-lattice) instead of for every “coin”. It meets all of the requirements on your list except privacy, though it could arguably become more private via simple mixing, since it has zero fees, near instant transactions, and no UTXOs (account-based model). It is an interesting experiment at the very least, and so far works as advertised (testable with free Nano faucets and any Nano wallet).
