Private education establishments are use modern methods of education. But not always private E.E. are useful. And they are not always unused. May be traditional universities can study from them.
Just to be clear. Parents pay for private school for much better education than ordinary schools. And their children should or in some cases must study well cuz' their parents payed for them a huge amount of money :))
When it comes to our free schools children come and do what they wanna to do, I mean do one or two subjects instead of doing 8 or 9 in private school.
That's why Uzbekistan just adopted new law, that all governmental universities will control the tuition fees by themselves. Means they can increase and decrease the amount of tuition fees.

But if Universities dont put profits in the first place, the quality would be worse than today
And governmental unis dont
