There is a small but growing group of people who are pushing back against this and are making the month of June Christ's again. (Not that it ever wasn't....) Particularly on social media there are many posts from traditional and Biblical people who are fighting as best they can with the meager forces of media that they have.
June LGBT Pride Month occurs in the United States to commemorate the Stonewall riots, which occurred at the end of June 1969. As a result, many pride events are held during this month to recognize the impact LGBT people have had in the world. Two presidents of the United States have officially declared a pride month.
Actually it is. As part of the LGBT+ community, many of my peers also find it hypocritical that most of these brands don't do anything to improve the life quality of those who they seem to "support" this month. Also many of the platforms whose logo is on this picture supresses adult conversations and just bans everyone who doesn't follow this narrative, thus taking the chance away from us to educate those who disagree about our point of view on the topic.
Pashta
Google puts it in all android calendars, CAN'T DELETE IT!!!
While changing a logo into rainbow won't help the cause of the LGBT community, we certainly face hardships and inequality that heterosexual couples or people who identify as the sex they were born as don't have to endure. Thank God because I don't wish those incidents upon anyone, not even to make someone understand how it feels like. How we communicate these issues towards others is yet another topic and many of us act childish and show excessive victim mentality even when someone is offering a helping hand. Many are fighting for a more calm conversation on both sides.
