2. Does it mean I can reply from that bot just the way we do in our chats, without even entering the comment section?

I think it's official like telegra.ph is official.
If that reply appears, it works, because I'm currently, replying to the bots notification.

On second question, I can say, Yeah it works. I just tried it.

But I am afraid mentions in comments does not work yet! Let's try @bbcpersian 😅

The link to the channel didn't work for me on Android.
Says username doesn't exist.
At least it should reopen the channel on Telegram, right?
