This is super but is there a guide as to what to send when? A process flow eg letter 1 will receive x response then send y. No response send b? Or have I not found that yet?

Hi AJ....the council tax is now being taken out of my UC because I fell behind with my payments without my consent mind....can I still put in the dispute??
