On the country leadership level, assuming that presidents or prime ministers or what have you would theoretically actually make decisions that were of their very own design, one can only guess the intention of these decisions based on perceived character and intelligence.
Although I don't have the personal experience to make a solid judgement of Putin with those respects, my guess is that he is intelligent enough to have thought through various scenarios and outcomes on all levels, especially financially. Obviously going into Ukraine would trigger sanctions...it did in the past.
It would be great to have easy access to data such as actual, real time numbers of all commodities purchased and sold and through which countries. Did China, India or others strike a deal with Russia for all the oil it would normally sell to the west? Which countries are buying stockpiles of what and reselling it to whom? Every piece of military hardware from bullets to ICBM's should also be accounted for. While we're at it, an account of every dollar sent as "foreign aid"...and where it was spent.
Finally, never forget the top of the food chain. The banks. This is territory RPG was alluding to towards the end of this video, which is indeed a video in itself. It does not require an amount of rocket science (well maybe in some respects) to understand that the so-called leaders of the world are mostly put in their positions by the upper echelon of society. They are not elected, and the system of elections are mostly fraudulent. This is for two reasons. One is to deliver messages and enact their master's orders and the other is to be scapegoats who escape like goats into the mountains to their mansions after the public realizes they've been duped.
Meanwhile, the million...or gazillion dollar question is who is pulling the strings? Well, it's easy. Just follow the money.
The banks and the corporations that put the most money through their doors.
It's like a multi-player chess game for the corporate elites who chuckle at their meetings about who will bomb who and who will sell what to who and who won the tournament last year.
One thing is for sure...none of those involved have any trace of a human soul.
