Yes, this is a selection from this very UNESCO declaration. But here you have to be philosophically savy and discerning: What is this declaration based on? You could say "The UN charter on human rights". Then I would ask you: "And through what are those UN human rights legitimized?" The answer would be: Through the contractual obligations among souvereign states. But that is effectively meaningless, because those rules have to be enforced to become "valid" in any tangible way. All of this is based on humans, on human ideas, human processes and human agreements. All of this is relative stuff. Nothing is based on absolutes, none of this can be justified on grounds of absolutes.
