Julian Grey's client is an established engineering consultancy providing professional M&E consulting services for building projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities
📌 Design electrical systems for building projects, prepare technical submissions and support authority approval processes.
📌 Manage tender documentation, evaluate submissions, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
📌 Oversee site implementation, including supervision of installation, testing and commissioning, while reviewing shop drawings, progress claims and project deliverables.

Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical design, site supervision or project implementation.
✔️ Experience in an engineering consultancy or the building/construction industry will be advantageous.
✔️ Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
